Abstract: 摘要:瞭解低病原性家禽流行性感冒病毒是否會介蛋傳播,該病毒是否會存在於蛋品中。尋求可一次大量消毒蛋品,並兼具經濟、有效、農民願意使用及食用安全之消毒方式。本計畫執行之結果,可提供一旦國內蛋雞場發生低病原性家禽流行性感冒時,相關蛋品處理的標準作業模式。
Abstract:This project is aimed to investigate the possibility of egg-borne transmission route of low pathogencity AI virus and further, to confirm whether its existence in egg products. Moreover, it is to find some economical, effective, and practical measures to sanitize the egg products that will ensure the safe consumption of the products. The results, then can be used as a standard operation procedure for treating egg products when there is a confirmed low-pathogenicity AI case.
