5.生產海藻植物油之試驗型產品(prototype)、提高植物油之n-3脂
肪酸之含量。
1. Establishing optimal manufacturing practice to produce algal oil enriched vegetable oil .
2. Establishing the optimal process to extract dry alga powder oil by vegetable oil (sesame oil. salad oil. tea oil)
3. Establishing the optimal process to modify alga vegetable oil odor by immobilized liopxygenase.
4. Study on storage stability of alga vegetable oil.
5. Manufacturing prototype of alga vegetable oil to enhance n-3 fatty acid content in vegetable oil.
