|Abstract: ||本研究探討飼料中添加葡萄萃取物及有機硒對金目鱸(Lates calcarifer)成長表現及免疫反應之影響。實驗一飼料添加0.1%維他命E為控制組(N0)，另外四組添加葡萄萃取物(Nor-Grape 80) 125(N125)、250(N250)、375(N375)及500(N500) ppm於飼料中配製成五組等蛋白(48%)、等油脂(12%)及等能量(347 kcal/100g)之實驗飼料，投餵初重0.501±0.001克的金目鱸八週後，N125組有最佳的成長表現且顯著高於控制組，但與N250、N375及N500無顯著差異。肝臟的超氧化物岐化酵素(SOD)活性以N250有最高的反應值但與控制組及其他處理組均無顯著差異。金目鱸肝臟之硫代巴比妥酸反應性物質(TBARS)中，N250組呈現最低的反應值且顯著低於N375及N500組並與控制組及N125組無顯著差異。 實驗二在基礎配方中添加0.1%維他命E為正控制組(Control+)；完全無添加維他命E的為負控制組(Control-)，另外四組添加有機硒 100(Se100)、200(Se200)、300(Se300)及400(Se400) ppm於飼料中，配製成六組等蛋白(48%)、等油脂(13%)及等能量(360 kcal/100g)之實驗飼料，投餵初重1.448±0.001克的金目鱸六週後，Se300組有最佳的成長表現且顯著高於Control(-)及Se100組並與Control(+)、Se200及Se400組無顯著差異。此外，肝臟SOD部分以Se400組有最高的反應值並與Control(+)及Se300無顯著差異且顯著高於Control(-)、Se100及Se200。隨著飼料中有機硒添加量上升，肝臟TBARS數值隨之下降，且Se300及Se400顯著低於其他處理組。|
This studies investigated the effects of dietary supplementation of grape extract and selenium-yeast on the growth performance and antioxidant activity of Asian seabass (Lates calcarifer). One hundred and fifty fish (0.501±0.001g) were randomly assigned to fifteen tanks in a closed recirculation system. Five isonitrogenous (48% crude protein), isolipidic (12% crude lipid) and isoenergetic (347 kcal/100g) diets were formulated to contain 0 (N0), 125 (N125), 250 (N250), 375 (N375) and 500 (N500) ppm grape extract. The N0 diet was supplemented with 0.1% vitamin E instead. After 8 weeks, the weight gain % (WG) and specific growth rate (SGR) of fish fed the N125 diet were significantly higher (P<0.05) than those fed N0 diet. The WG and SGR of fish fed diets containing 0, 250, 375 and 500 ppm grape extract were not significant difference. The hepatic superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of the fish fed the N250 diet was the highest (P<0.05). However, the SOD activity of fish fed N125, N375, N500 and N0 were not significance differences. The value of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) of fish fed the diet N250 was significantly lower (P<0.05) than those fed N375 and N500 diets. Another 6-week feeding experiment was conducted in one hundred and eighty juvenile fish (1.448±0.001 g). Six isonitrogenous (48% crude protein), isolipidic (13% crude lipid) and isoenergetic (357 kcal/100g) experimental diets were formulated to content 0 Control (-), 100 ppm (Se100), 200 ppm (Se200), 300 ppm (Se300), 400 ppm (Se400) organic selenium and one diet (Control (+)) supplemented with 0.1% vitamin E. After feeding trial, WG of fish fed Control (+), Se200, Se300 and Se400 was significantly higher (P<0.05) than that of the Control (-) and Se100. The SOD activities of fish fed Control (+), Se300 and Se400 were significantly higher than that of Control (-), Se100 and Se200. The hepatic TBARS values of fish fed Se300 and Se400 diets were significantly lower than those fed the other treatments.
