Title: 飼料中以亞麻籽粉與大豆油取代魚油及添加大豆磷脂膽鹼對白蝦成長與體組織脂肪酸組成之影響

Abstract: 本研究共分為三部分:(一)飼料中添加亞麻籽粉;(二)以大豆油取代飼料中魚油探討對白蝦(Litopenaeus vannamei)成長表現、體組成、體組織脂肪酸組成之影響;(三)探討大豆磷脂膽鹼對白蝦(L. vannamei)成長表現、體組成、體組織脂肪酸組成之影響。 實驗一在飼料中以高油脂的亞麻籽粉取代0、10、20、30、40及50%的魚油,並製成六組等蛋白(36%),等油脂(11%)及等能量(347 kcal/100g)之實驗飼料,每一處理組採三重複,每缸飼養20隻白蝦,各組蝦體平均初重為0.022克,每日投餵三餐均採任食制,實驗為期八週。實驗結果顯示白蝦的增重率以亞麻籽粉取代50%魚油組成長表現最佳,且顯著高於控制組,與10、20、30、40%組無顯著差異,各處理組活存率介於81-98%之間。白蝦肌肉及肝胰臟脂肪酸中18:3n-3及20:4n-6含量會隨著亞麻籽粉添加量增加有上升的趨勢,然而20:5n-3及22:6n-3含量則隨著添加量增加而下降。結果證實以亞麻籽粉取代魚油50%有助於白蝦成長表現。 實驗二在飼料中以0、20、40、60、80及100%大豆油取代魚油,並製成六組等蛋白(38%),等油脂(9%)及等能量(332 kcal/100g)之實驗飼料,每一處理組採三重複,每缸飼養20隻白蝦,各組蝦體平均初重為0.021克,每日投餵三餐均採任食制,實驗為期八週。實驗結果顯示白蝦的增重率以大豆油取代40%組成長表現最佳,且顯著高於80%及100%組,與0%控制組、20%及60%組無顯著差異,各處理組活存率介於87-95%之間。白蝦肌肉及肝胰臟脂肪酸中18:2n-6及20:4n-6含量會隨著大豆油取代量增加有上升的趨勢,20:5n-3及22:6n-3含量則隨著添加量增加而下降。結果證實以大豆油取代魚油36%對白蝦有最佳的成長表現。 實驗三在飼料中添加0、0.5、1、1.5、2及2.5%的大豆磷脂膽鹼,並製成六組等蛋白(37%),等油脂(10%)及等能量(337 kcal/100g)之實驗飼料,每一處理組採三重複,每缸飼養15隻白蝦,各組蝦體平均初重為0.032克,每日投餵三餐均採任食制,實驗為期八週。實驗結果顯示白蝦的增重率以大豆卵磷脂添加1.5%組成長表現最佳,且顯著高於0及0.5%組,與1、2及2.5%組無顯著差異,各處理組活存率介於73-82%之間。肌肉極性脂質隨著大豆磷脂膽鹼的添加有下降的趨勢,肝胰臟極性脂質則隨著大豆磷脂膽鹼的添加有上升的趨勢。結果證實添加1.4%大豆卵磷脂對白蝦有最佳的成長表現。
Three experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of linseed oil meal or phosphatidylcholine from soybean and replacement of fish oil with soybean oil on the growth performances and fatty acids composition of white shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei. The effects of 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50% fish oil replaced with linseed oil from linseed meal on the growth performances, fatty acids composition of muscle and hepatopancreas of the white shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei were investigated in experiment I. Six isonitrogenous (36% C.P.), isolipidic (11% C.L.) and isoenergetic (347 kcal/100g) diets were formulated. Twenty shrimps (average initial weight: 0.022±0.000 g) were randomly distributed into 6 treatment groups with triplicate. After 8 weeks, the growth performance of shrimp fed with diet containing 50% fish oil replaced with linseed oil was significantly higher than that of shrimp fed the control diet. The growth performance of shrimp fed with diet containing 50% fish oil replaced with linseed oil was not significant different form those fed with diets containing 10, 20, 30 and 40% fish oil replaced with linseed oil. The fatty acid profile of muscle and hepatopancreas were reflected from the fatty acid composition of dietary lipids. The level of 18:3n-3 in muscle and hepatopancreas increased with the increasing of linseed oil, whereas 20:5n-3 and 22:6n-3 showed the opposite trend. The present study suggested that linseed oil replaced with 50% fish oil could be substituted in the diets of white shrimp, without reverse growth performance. The effects of 0, 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100% fish oil replaced with soybean oil on the growth performances , fatty acids composition of muscle and hepatopancreas of the white shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei were investigated in experiment II. Fatty acid profile of the muscle and hepatopancreas were reflected from the fatty acid composition of dietary lipids. The level of 18:2n-6 in muscle and hepatopancreas increased with the increasing soybean oil, whereas 20:5n-3 and 22:6n-3 showed the opposite trend. The present study suggested that soybean oil replaced with 36% fish oil could be substituted in the diets of white shrimp, without reverse growth performance. The effects of 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 and 2.5% dietary phosphatidylcholine form soybean on the growth performances , fatty acids composition of muscle and hepatopancreas of the white shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei were investigated in experiment III. Six isonitrogenous (37% C.P.) isolipidic (10% C.L.) and isoenergetic (337 kcal/100g) diets were formulated. Fifteen shrimps (average initial weight: 0.032±0.001 g) were randomly distributed into 6 treatment groups with triplicate. After 8 weeks, the growth performances of shrimp fed diet supplemented with 1.5% phosphatidylcholine was significantly higher than those fed the diet supplemented with 0.5% and control diet. However, shrimp fed the diets supplemented with 1, 2 and 2.5% phosphatidylcholine showed no significantly different growth performance. The polar lipid level of muscle and hepatopancreas of shrimps fed diets containing phosphatidylcholine increased with increasing dietary phosphatidylcholine. The present study suggested that white shrimp fed with diet containing 1.4% phosphatidylcholine showed a positive growth performance.
