|Abstract: ||本研究在淡水河河口海域採取表層沉積物與植物及生物樣品，分析這些不同樣品中之重金屬(鎘、鈷、鉻、銅、鐵、錳、鎳、鉛與鋅)元素濃度，以了解目前淡水河流域重金屬元素之污染情形，樣品以王水加熱消化並使用火焰式及石墨式原子吸收光譜儀，分析消化液中各元素濃度。 本研究分析所得沉積物重金屬濃度範圍如下: Cd，DL~0.08 mg/kg；Co，6.33 ~17.4 mg/kg；Cr，24.2 ~57.0 mg/kg；Cu，16.3 ~27.2 mg/kg；Fe，3.06 ~3.38 ％；Mn，126.3~209.5 mg/kg；Ni，14.2~31.4 mg/kg；Pb，5.35~7.39mg/kg；Zn，62.8~122.8 mg/kg。生物樣品濃度範圍如下: Cd，DL~0.017mg/kg；Co，0.77~6.59 mg/kg；Cr，1.32 ~89.94 mg/kg；Cu，1.14 ~86.80mg/kg； Ni，DL ~5.61 mg/kg；Pb，DL ~6.09mg/kg與Zn，22.68 ~166.15mg/kg。分析資料顯示，沉積物重金屬元素只有Ni濃度超過環保署底泥品質法規標準下限值(24 mg/kg)，其它元素濃度低於底泥品質法規標準下限值，顯示淡水河流域重金屬元素污染輕微。各生物樣品重金屬元素濃度差異明顯。利用生物樣品濃度計算食用淡水河河口海域水產生物之「健康風險評估」，計算結果顯示除了鉻元素之危害商數值大於2外，其餘元素值皆遠小於1。|
In order to understand the present contamination status of the Danshuei River Estuary, the surface sediments, plants and organisms were collected from the Danshuei River Estuary to analyze the concentrations of trace metals (cadmium, cobalt, chromium, copper, iron, manganese, nickel, lead and zinc) in these samples. The sediment and biological samples were digested with aqua regia/HF and strong acid, respectively, and the trace metal concentrations in the digested solutions were analyzed by the atomic absorption spectrometry. The concentrations of trace metals in sediments and organisms were as follows: Cd, DL-0.08 mg/kg; Co, 6.33-17.4 mg/kg; Cr, 24.2-57.0 mg/kg; Cu, 16.3-27.2 mg/kg; Fe, 3.06-3.38%; Mn, 126.3-209.5 mg/kg; Ni, 14.2-31.4 mg/kg; Pb, 5.35-7.39 mg/kg; and Zn, 62.8-122.8 mg/kg. The concentrations of the estuarine organisms were as follows: Cd, DL-0.017 mg/kg; Co,0.77-6.59 mg/kg; Cr,1.32-89.94 mg/kg; Cu,1.14-86.80 mg/kg; Ni, DL-5.61 mg/kg; Pb, DL-6.09mg/kg; and Zn, 22.68-166.15 mg/kg. The concentrations of trace metal, except Ni, in sediments of the Danshuei River Estuary were generally lower than the lower value of the sediment quality standards of EPA, Taiwan. However, the concentrations of Ni in some sediment samples were slightly higher than the regulation value (< 24 mg/kg), suggesting that the studied area was contaminated by Ni. The concentrations of trace metals in the biological sample significantly varied with the different samples. The health risk assessment of trace metal concentrations in fishes collected from the Tamsui River estuary was calculated and the results of the calculated value were generally less than 1 except for Cr of which value could exceed 2.
