|Abstract: ||本研究自2015年8月至2016年7月於東海南端(ECS)的基隆(沿海城市)採集86個大氣濕沉降樣本，並分析樣本中的總溶解氮(total dissolved nitrogen ,TDN)、總溶解磷(total dissolved phosphorus , TDP)和主要離子(major ions)。TDN可分為溶解性無機氮(dissolved inorganic nitrogen, DIN)與溶解性有機氮(dissolved organic nitrogen,DON)以及；TDP也可分為溶解性無機磷(dissolved inorganic phosphorus , DIP)和溶解性有機 (dissolved organic phosphorus, DOP)。另外本研究採用超濾技術將DOP分為高分子量有機磷(high molecular weight total dissolved phosphorus , HMW-TDP )、低分子量有機磷(low molecular weight total dissolved phosphorus , LMW-TDP )。DIN與DON分別佔TDN的75 ± 9 %、25 ± 9 %，DIN的月平均濃度為109.7 ± 37.2μM，DON的月平均濃度為34.11 ± 9.4μM，TDN的月平均濃度為143.8 ± 39.2μM；DIP與DOP分別佔TDP的34 ± 12% : 66 ± 12%，DIP的月平均值為0.083 ± 0.028μM，DOP月平均濃度為0.17 ± 0.07μM，TDP的月平均濃度為0.26 ± 0.083μM。通量部分，TDN通量為354 mmol m-2 yr-1，DIN在本研究的通量為245 mmol m-2 yr-1，DON在本研究的通量為108 mmol m-2 yr-1；TDP通量為927 µmol m-2 yr-1，DOP的通量648 µmol m-2 yr-1，DIP通量279 µmol m-2 yr-1。了討論大氣濕沉降在地區海域的新生產力貢獻度，本研究考慮到有機磷在不同分子量的生物利用度差異(>1 kDa，C/P：134；<1 kDa，C/P：106)，估算磷的新生產力為3297 mg C mg m-2 year-1，而氮的新生產力為24833 mg C mg m-2 year-1至30872 mg C m-2 yr-1，氮與磷的新產力若以顆粒態有機碳通量(70372 mg m-2 year-1)為基準，則氮對於東海南端海洋新生產力的貢獻度為35至44%而，磷通量對於東海南端提供了3297 mg C m-2 yr-1新生產力，並有4.7%的貢獻。|
In this study, wet deposition of atmosphere was collected from Keelung (costal city), which was located south of the East China Sea (ECS), from August 2015 until July 2016. 86 samples were collected and were analyzed to examine the total dissolved nitrogen (TDN), total dissolved phosphorus (TDP) and major ions in these samples. TDN can be divided into dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN) and dissolved organic nitrogen (DON); TDP can also be divided into dissolved inorganic phosphorus (DIP) and dissolved organic phosphorus (DOP).This study, which focused on the composition of DOP, employed ultrafiltration to separate DOP into low molecular weight-DOP (LMW-DOP) and high molecular weight-DOP (HMW-DOP). The concentrations of DIN and DON accounted for 75 ± 9 %、25 ± 9 % of the TDN, respectively. The monthly average concentrations of DIN and DON were 109.7 ± 37.2μM and 34.11 ± 9.4μM. The monthly average concentration of TDN was 143.8 ± 39.2μM; The concentrations of DIP and DOP accounted for 34 ± 12% : 66 ± 12% of the TDP, respectively. The monthly average concentrations of DIP and DOP were 0.083 ± 0.028μM and 0.17 ± 0.07μM, respectively. The monthly average concentration of TDP was 0.26 ± 0.083μM. Regarding the fluxes, the TDN (354 mmol m-2 yr-1), DIN (245 mmol m-2 yr-1) and DON (108 mmol m-2 yr-1), respectively ; The fluxes of TDP, DOP and DIP were 927 µmol m-2 yr-1, 648 µmol m-2 yr-1 and 279 µmol m-2 yr-1, respectively. In order to discuss the contribution of atmospheric wet deposition to new production in the regional sea, this study improves that didn’t consider the difference in bioavailability of different molecular weights of organic phosphorus in the past study(>1 kDa，C/P：134；<1 kDa，C/P：106). This phosphorus flux can be converted to 3297 mg C mg m-2 year-1 and the nitrogen was converted to 24833 - 30872 mg C m-2 yr-1 that fixed by marine phytoplankton. That would account for 4.7% and 35 - 44% of new production by P and N in the southern ECS annually, which is taken to be 70372 mg m-2 year-1 based on the particulate organic carbon export fluxes.
