Title: Empty Container Dispatching Inventory Model in Fuzzy Environment

Abstract: Abstract: As the development of global trade becomes
saturated, the income of enterprises gradually changes from
open source to throttling. In this paper, we use a method to
calculate the cost of dispatching containers for each port due to
trade inequality, and add a fuzzy theory that is more in line with
the actual situation. Generally, when estimating costs, it is
assumed that the cost is fixed, but in fact we cannot guarantee
the stability of the cost. In the model building, there are three
main costs: holding cost, ordering cost and leasing cost. By
assuming fuzzy holding cost and leasing cost, then defuzzifying,
estimating the total cost under fuzzy semantics, and using
Matlab R2014b to calculate the results of the hypothesis model.
