The effects of supplementation of probiotic bacteria and diffentment C/N ratio on the development of biofloc system in tanks for culturing white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei)

|Abstract: ||本研究檢視不換水養殖南美白蝦(Litopenaeus vannamei)的生物絮團系統中，添加益生菌及不同碳氮比對水質及成長之效果。 試驗一為生物絮團系統添加不同益生菌對南美白蝦之影響，白蝦初重為0.33g，試驗組別分別為對照組(不添加益生菌及糖蜜)、糖蜜組(每三天添加20 mg/L糖蜜)及每三天添加糖蜜並分別於每七天添加商業A組(200 ppm混合菌群)、商業B組(1000 ppm枯草桿菌群)與商業C組(200 ppm光合菌群)共五組。結果顯示商業A、B、C組總氨氮濃度及亞硝酸鹽氮濃度皆低於1 mg/L，各處理組硝酸鹽氮濃度隨著時間增加，各試驗組生物絮團體積皆顯著高於對照組(P<0.05)，各試驗組pH隨著時間降低，商業C組總菌量為1.1×105 cfu/mL顯著高於其餘組別(P<0.05)，成長試驗結果顯示，增重率範圍為148-179%間，飼料轉換率跟活存率皆以糖蜜組(1.51、87%)最佳。 試驗二為不同碳氮比對養殖南美白蝦之影響，白蝦初重為0.05g，試驗組別分別為不添加糖蜜之對照組及依據Avnimelech(1999)調整碳氮比為8.5、10、11.5及13共五組。結果顯示總氨氮濃度除對照組及C/N8.5組隨時間上升至3.92mg/L及2.62mg/L外，其他試驗組(C/N10、C/N11.5及C/N13)總氨氮濃度皆在0.5mg/L以下。亞硝酸鹽氮濃度各處理組皆低於0.9mg/L，硝酸鹽氮濃度各試驗組隨時間累積至3ppm左右，pH均隨著時間下降至7.6~7.2之間。在各項成長指標，增重率以C/N 11.5及C/N 13最佳，分別為1205.8%及1233.6%，活存率以C/N 8.5及C/N 11.5 最佳，分別為65.33%、61.33%，而FCR以C/N11.5組的1.48最佳，故本試驗碳氮比以C/N 11.5組為佳。|
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of supplementing molasses, probiotics and different carbon and nitrogen (C/N) ratio on the water qualities and growth performance of the Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) in biofloc system with no water exchange. In the supplementing molasses and probiotics study, the average 0.33 gram white shrimp were cultured in no water exchange tanks with five different treatments including control (without probiotics and molasses), molasses, and molasses with commercial A, commercial B and commercial C, respectively. The results showed that the total ammonia concentration and nitrite concentration of probiotics group were lower than 1 mg / L in the commercial probiotics A, B and C group. The concentration of nitrate in each tested group was accumulated to increase continually through 48 days in this study. The growth result showed that the weight gain ranged from 148% to 179%. The feed conversion ratio and the survival were the best in the molasses group 1.51 and 87%, respectively. In the different carbon and nitrogen (C/N) ratio study, the average 0.05 gram white shrimp with five treatments including control (without molasses) and supplementing molasses to adjust 4 graded levels of carbon and nitrogen (C/N) ratio as 8.5, 10, 11.5 and 13, respectively. according to Avnimelech (1999). The result showed that the total ammonia concentration in the control group and C/N 8.5 group gradually increased up to 3.92 mg/L and 2.63 mg / L during the study, and that of the other groups were less than 0.5 mg/L. Nitrite concentration in each test group was lower than 0.9 mg/L, nitrate concentration in each group was accumulated to 3ppm and the pH decreased to 7.6 ~ 7.2 during the study. The result of weight gain rate in C/N 13 and C/N 11.5 were the best at 1233.6% and 1205.8%, respectively. The survival of C/N 8.5 and C/N 11.5 were the best at 65.33% and 61.33%, respectively, while the lowest FCR was recorded in the C/N 11.5 group around 1.48. The results suggest that C/N 11.5 was the best for the growth of white shrimp and water quality in this study.
