Title: 1997~2012年間臺灣西南海域中小型拖網漁業

Abstract: 本論文研究利用臺灣西南海域梓官地區底拖網漁業標本船14艘與東港地區底拖網漁業標本船19艘,共計33艘標本船隻,自1997至2012年間之漁撈日誌資料,統計台灣西南海域之平均營養位階(Mean trophic level,MTL)、MTL貢獻度百分比( Contribute trophic level,CTL)、漁獲平衡指數 (Fishing-in-balance index, FiB)等三項漁業生態指標,藉以分析臺灣西南海域漁獲資源長期利用情形。 本論文研究結果,以漁獲魚種組成方面分析:臺灣西南海域漁獲魚種總數為151種,其中梓官地區漁獲魚種總數為119種;東港地區漁獲魚種總數為111種;進一步分析,只出現於梓官地區漁獲魚種數為45種,只出現於東港地區漁獲魚種數為34種,而同時出現於梓官地區及東港地區漁獲魚種數為72種。 以魚種群性組成比例分析:臺灣西南海域漁獲魚種群性組成以礁區性魚類(Reef-associated)及底棲性魚類(Demersal)為主,兩者合計比例約佔83.5%,洄游性魚類(Pelagic),約僅佔9.9%;而深海近底棲性魚類(Benthopelagic)更僅佔6.6%。 以平均營養位階(Mean trophic level,MTL)指數分析:梓官地區漁獲平均營養位階,介於3.47至4.03間;東港地區漁獲平均營養位階,介於3.84至4.26間;而就整體台灣西南海域而言,漁獲平均營養位階,介於3.78至4.16間。 以MTL貢獻度百分比(Contribute trophic level,CTL)魚種分析:以1997~2012年臺灣西南海域漁獲CTL累計貢獻度達70%以上魚種分析,經統計各年度MTL貢獻度三大魚種為:白帶魚(Trichiurus lepturus)、刺鯧(Psenopsis anomala)及大眼鯛(Priacanthus macracanthus)。 以漁獲平衡指數 (Fishing-in-balance index,FiB)分析:以1997年為基準,梓官地區漁獲平衡指數,自1998年至2005年均為負值,自2006年起,逐漸轉為正值;東港地區漁獲平衡指數,自1998年至2012年均為正值,且數值有逐年上升之趨勢。就整體台灣西南海域漁獲平衡指數而言,除了在1998年、2003年、2004年為負值外,其餘各年份均為正值,且也有逐年上升之趨勢,顯示在台灣西南海域,並未有過度捕撈(overfishing)的現象。
This study used 14 bottom trawl fishing vessels from Ziguan and 19 bottom trawl fishing vessels from Donggang. These 33 vessels were in the southwestern coast of Taiwan. In order to analyze the long-term resource utilization in the southwestern coast of Taiwan, this study compiled three fishery ecological indicators from the log books during 1997 to 2012, including Mean trophic level(MTL), MTL Contribute trophic level(CTL) and the Fishing-in-balance index(FiB). The results of this paper, analysis of species composition of the catch:in southwestern coast of Taiwan, the catch a total of 151 kinds of fish, including the total number of fish catches Ziguan area 119 species; the total number of fish catches in Donggang District 111 species. Further analysis,only appeared in Ziguan regions catch species number of 45 species, only appeared in the eastern port district number 34 kinds of fish catches, While appearing in Ziguan and Donggang catch species was 72 species. In Varied species composition ratio analysis: in southwestern coast of Taiwan ,varied species composition of catches to Reef-associated and Demersal based, taken together accounts for about 83.5%. Pelagic accounted for only about 9.9%; and more Benthopelagic only 6.6%. In the mean trophic level(MTL)index analysis: Ziguan area catches the mean trophic level, ranging from 3.47 to 4.03; Donggang area catches the meantrophic level, ranging from 3.84 to 4.26; and in southwestern coast of Taiwan on the whole, catches the mean trophic level,ranging from 3.78 to 4.16. In MTL Contribute trophic level (CTL)species analysis: In 1997 to 2012, the cumulative contribution of in southwestern coast of Taiwan fish catches CTL analysis more than 70%, the statistics MTL contribution to the three species:white octopus(Trichiurus lepturus) butterfish (Psenopsis anomala) and bigeye (Priacanthus macracanthus). To fishing-in-balance index (FiB) analysis:Using 1997 as the benchmark, Ziguan area fishing-in-balance index (FiB) from 1998 to 2005 the average annual negative, since 2006, gradually turned positive;Donggang area fishing-in-balance index (FiB) from 1998 to 2012 the average annual positive, and the value has increased year by year trend. The overall fishing-in-balance index (FiB) in southwestern coast of Taiwan in terms of catches, In addition to the 1998, 2003 and 2004 is negative, the rest of the year are positive, and there are rising year by year, is displayed in the in southwestern coast of Taiwan, it has not overfishing.
