|Abstract: ||Abstract: Bill of lading is one of the key documents under Documentary Credits in the International Trade. There are many issues to make these Documents become NonCompliance,B/L (transport document) is one of them. UCP (The Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits) and ISBP (International Standard Banking Practice for the Examination of Documents under Documentary Credits) are two very important Rules and Guidance, however, they will amend and revise once a whole to match the latest banking practice. Claused B/L, of course, is one of the most important reasons to cause dispute while examining the Documents. Many studies in this topic have been out-of-date and/or are too general to meet the practice of International Trade.Furthermore, claused B/L may involve trade fraud. This study will also have insight analysis.|
