Title: H∞ controller design for uncertain DC servo motor stochastic system with time-varying interval delay

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to solve a control problems of Direct Current (DC) servo motor system. Based on varying operating environment, the uncertainties, stochastic behaviors, external disturbance and transportation delayed of signal of the DC servo motor system are simultaneously discussed and investigated. Via modeling approach of Linear Parameter Varying (LPV) system and stochastic difference function, the considered system can be described. For dealing with the control problems, the Gain-Scheduled (GS) and H∞ control scheme are applied. Via Lyapunov-Krasovskii function, some Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) conditions are derived for analyzing the asymptotical stability with required performance of the system. Moreover, to reduce conservatism of the proposed criterion, Jensen inequality and free matrix inequality are applied. Finally, some simulation results are provided for demonstrating the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed design method.
