Title: 非道路柴油機使用柴油/LPG混合燃料對油耗與廢氣排放之實驗研究

Abstract: 考慮單位能源之價格,LPG較柴油具有競爭性。柴油機使用柴油與LPG混合燃料可節省燃油費用並降低營運成本。本篇論文探討柴油機使用柴油與LPG混合燃料之油耗性能與廢氣排放,研究作為柴油機新型替代燃料之可行性。 本實驗採用美國環保署(EPA) 訂定之ISO-8178非道路應用柴油機廢氣排放測量的國際標準。本實驗探討在兩種不同混合比例之柴油與LPG混合燃料,L20D80、L30D70,使用於一具直噴非道路柴油機上。並依據ISO-8178-C1型穩態測試週期,在8模式測試程序下進行引擎測試,用不同噴油正時、噴油壓力,並添加十六烷值添加劑。並探討混合燃料在不同引擎運轉模式下,引擎廢氣排放與油耗之影響進行探討。 實驗結果顯示,L20D80與L30D70混合燃料之燃料轉換效率,在最大動力輸出時可達到41%。L30D70混合燃料的平均bsCO排放較柴油為低。L20D80或L30D70混合燃料之[bsNOx+bsHC] 排放遠較柴油為高。其中L20D80混合燃料使用13°bTDC正時/157bar噴油壓力的8 Mode平均bsHC排放最低,與柴油相當,均為5.9 g/kW-h。 L20D80與L30D70混合燃料黑煙污染度大致均在1 %以下, 8 Mode平均smoke排放幾乎均較柴油為低。其中最低者為L20D80使用9°bTDC正時/ 157bar噴油壓力之平均smoke排放為0.31%。 關鍵字:非道路柴油機、廢氣排放、8模式測試程序、LPG、混合燃料
In terms of the cost per unit energy, LPG has the superiority of competition than diesel fuel. Using diesel/LPG blend fuel, the operating cost may be reduced by lowering down the cost of fuel. It is intended in this study to study the fuel consumption and exhaust emissions of diesel/LPG blend fuel, as well as the feasibility of blend fuel as the new type of alternative fuel for diesel engines. Two blend ratios of diesel/LPG blend fuel, L20D80 and L30D70, are used in this study for a non-road DI diesel engine. Cetane improver is added to assure the ignition characteristics of diesel/LPG blend fuel. ISO-8178-C1steady test cycle is employed to practice the regulated eight test modes. The fuel consumption and exhaust emissions are analyzed for the engine using blend fuel under different fuel injection timings and injection pressures. The experimental results reveal that 41% fuel conversion efficiencies is obtained for L20D80 and L30D70 blend fuels at maximum power output. The eight-mode mean bsCO emission of L30D70 blend fuel is lower than diesel. The eight-mode mean result of the combined bsNOx-and-bsHC emission is far greater than diesel fuel. Using 13°bTDC injection timing /157bar injection pressure, the eight-mode mean bsHC emission of L20D80 blend fuel is the lowest, with a value 5.9 g/kW-h exactly the same as diesel fuel. The contamination degree of exhaust smoke of L20D80 and L30D70 blend fuels is popularly lower than 1%, while the eight-mode mean results are lower than diesel fuel. Among the results, the lowest contamination degree of exhaust smoke is 0.31% for L20D80 blend fuel using 9°bTDC injection timing /157bar injection pressure.
