摘要: 本研究以氬銲銲接製程,分別選用308L及309LMo不銹鋼銲接填料,進行304L板材銲接,部分銲件於室溫施以軋延處理,軋延試件厚度縮減量為20%,室溫冷軋後並施以650℃/10hr敏化處理,在80℃或120℃10%NaCl鹽霧環境中,進行鹽霧腐蝕測試及U型彎曲試片應力腐蝕特性評估。U型彎曲試驗得知:冷軋和敏化處理升高不銹鋼銲道試片的應力腐蝕破裂敏感性。敏化之308L銲道形成較多細小裂縫,冷軋之308L銲道則有單一較長裂縫,308L銲道在銲後原始狀態則有相對較高抗鹽霧應力腐蝕能力。309LMo銲道不管是銲後原始狀態或是冷軋亦或是敏化皆無產生裂縫。將各種試片放置在鹽霧中量測其重量損失,结果顯示:在不施加負載的情况下,309LMo銲道試片比308L銲道試片具有較好的抗腐蝕性能,乃是因309LMo銲道之骨骼狀結構抗腐蝕/應力腐蝕破裂比308L銲道之骨骼狀結構較佳。 關鍵詞:熔融區、308L填料、309LMo填料、彎曲試片、重量損失、應力腐蝕破裂
The ER 308L and 309LMo were used as the filler metal for the groove and overlay welds of 304L stainless steel (SS) substrate by gas tungsten arc welding process in multiple passes. A U-bend and weight-loss tests in 10 wt% NaCl at 80℃ or 120oC salt-spray were conducted to evaluate the effect of microstructures and thermo-mechanical treatments on the corrosion of deposits and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) of the welds. The dissolution of skeletal structure in the deposits (fusion zone, FZ) was responsible for the SCC of the weld. The FZ in the cold rolled (CR) condition showed the longest single crack length in U-bend tests. Moreover, sensitization treatment at 650oC for 10 h promoted the formation of many fine cracks being responsible for the high SCC susceptibility. The weight-loss of the deposits was consistent with the SCC susceptibility of the welds in salt-spray. The 309LMo deposit was superior to the 308L in salt-spray condition, owing to the skeletal structure in the former was more resistant to corrosion/SCC than that in the latter.
