|Abstract: ||刮取木殼漁船和玻璃纖維漁船表面降面降著物分離出800株細菌，其26%分離菌株的菌株在2216 marine agar表面生長時具黏性表現。以1.0 ml吸量管及黏液篩選基礎培養基(MSBB)測試後，篩得兩株具較強黏性表現的菌株，菌柣CF154與CF310於MSBB中振燙培養48小時(26°C，150 rpm)後之相對黏度可各別達到5.22與2.28。此二菌株經生化特性測試及API 20E測試後，鑑定為Klebsiella oxytoca CF154和Serratia liquefaciens CF310。
Abstract: Biofouling sample were scraped doewn from the surface of a wooden fishing boat ad a glass fiber fishing boat. Eight hundreds marine bacteria were selected and isolated from the samples in which 26% were able to form mucous colonies when grew on 2216 marine agar. The gummy substances from the mucous(+) isolates were screened for flow behavior by using 1.0 ml pipette and followed by relative viscosity measurements. Strain CF154 and CF310 were found to produce the most viscous substances with a relative viscosity of 5.22 and 2.28, respectively. They were later identified as Klebsiella oxytoca and Serratia liquefaciens, respectively, after series of physiological tests and API 20E identification kit.
