Title: Z掃描量測碲酸鹽、鍺酸鹽、石墨烯的非線性光學特性
Characterization of optical nonlinearity of tellurite, germanate and graphene by z-scan technique

Abstract: 我們以飛秒Z掃描實驗技術研究碲酸鹽、鍺酸鹽和石墨烯的非線性光學特性。我們使用飛秒鎖模鈦藍寶石雷射以及飛秒雷射放大器為光源。對碲酸鹽而言,在開孔徑Z掃描的實驗,我們量測到樣品是呈現反飽和吸收的現象,所以可以得到碲酸鹽的雙光子吸收係數β約為(7.78±3.93) ×10-12 。對鍺酸鹽而言,在開孔徑Z掃描實驗,我們量測到樣品是呈現反飽和吸收的現象,得到鍺酸鹽的雙光子吸收係數為β約為(1.37±0.45) ×10-12 。對石墨烯而言,在開孔徑Z掃描實驗,我們量測到樣品是呈現飽和吸收的現象,得到石墨烯的飽和吸收強度Is約為33.7±10.5 (MW/cm2) 。在閉孔徑Z掃描實驗,我們量測到石墨烯呈現自聚焦(self-focusing)的現象,所以可以得到石墨烯的非線性折射係數γ約為(8.07±3.65)×10-8 (cm2/W),計算出石墨烯的非線性折射率n2約為(4.02±1.78)×10-5 (esu),並計算三階非線性磁化率χ(3)約為(8.7±3.85)×10-6 (esu)。
ied using Z-scan technique with femtosecond lasers pluses at 800nm. The results demonstrate reverse saturable absorption of tellurite and germanate with a two-photon absorption coefficient, β of (7.78±3.93)×10-12(cm/W) and (1.37±0.45)×10-12(cm/W). The results demonstrate saturable absorption of graphene with a saturable intensity, Is of 33.7±10.5 (MW/cm2). On the other hand, The results demonstrate self-focusing of graphene with a nonlinear refractive coefficient, γ of (8.07±3.65)×10-8 (cm2/W). The nonlinear refractive index n2 and the real part of the third-order nonlinear susceptibility χ(3) of graphene were (4.02±1.78)×10-5 (esu) and (8.7±3.85)×10-6 (esu).
