Abstract: 摘要:此研究之目的是要建立台灣東北部海域紅肉ㄚ髻鮫系群資源量狀況。由體長漁獲曲線法所估得之全死亡係數在0.315 yr<sup>-1</sup>至0.468 yr<sup>-1</sup>之間。假設雌雄魚性比為1:1,雌魚的妊娠期為2年生殖週期(妊娠期1年,休息期1年),體長220 cm以上雌性個體為全部成熟,成熟之雌魚個體產仔數與全長(TL)之關係式為(= 產仔數)。用Hoenig (1983)年的經驗式可得到自然死亡係數(M)為0.155 yr<sup>-1</sup>,1989至2003年開發率(E)則在0.508至0.668之間。以年級群解析法利用Pope近似法估計每年的系群資源尾數為574,52到86,351尾。將每年隨機改變的自然死亡係數代入單位加入親魚量模式進行模擬,得到之單位加入親魚量(%SPR)最低為2003年的13.98% (0.2%),最高為2000年的32.57% (0.3%),平均為21.25%,95%之信賴區間為21.22%到21.28%。根據%SPR = 35%的生態參考點,目前台灣東北部海域的紅肉ㄚ髻鮫系群已明顯過漁。鋸鋒齒鮫脊椎骨重與全重的關係式為,脊椎骨佔全重的4.9%。
abstract:The purpose of this study is to access the Sphyrna lewini stock status in the northeastern Taiwan waters. Total mortality rates (Z) obtained with length-converted catch curves ranged from 0.315 yr<sup>-1</sup> to 0.468 yr<sup>-1</sup>. The sex ratio (female:male) of S. lewini was 1:1, and females reproduce every two years (both gestation period and resting period is 1 year). Females over 220 cm were assumed to be mature, and the relationship between number of fecundity and total length of mature female is. Natural mortality rate (M) estimated from Hoenig (1983) was 0.155 yr<sup>-1</sup>, and exploitation rate (E) ranged from 0.508 to 0.668 for 1989-2003. Annual abundance was estimated to be 574,52 to 86,351 from virtual population analysis with Pope’s approximation. Simulations with stochastic variation of M indicated that spawning per recruit (%SPR) range from 13.98% (± 0.2%) in 2003 to 32.57% (± 0.3%) in 2000 with a mean of 21.25% and 95% confidence interval being 21.22% to 21.28% for the period of 1989-2003. Based on the biological reference point of %SPR = 35%, current utilization of Sphyrna lewini stock in the northeastern waters is overexploited. The relationship between the weight of vertebrae (VW) and total weight was, and VW was 4.9% of WT.
