Abstract: Abstract:This paper presents an intelligent control scheme that uses an adaptive cerebellar model articulation controller (CMAC) in aircraft automatic landing system. The proposed intelligent controller can act as an experienced pilot and guide the aircraft to a safe landing in severe turbulence environment. Current flight control law is adopted in the intelligent design. Lyapunov theory is applied to obtain adaptive learning rule and stability analysis is also provided. Performance on tracking desired path and environment adaptive capability are demonstrated through software simulations.
