Abstract: Abstract:This paper presents an output feedback controller design method for discrete stochastic Takagi–Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models. And, the proposed design method is carried out by the concept of Parallel Distributed Compensation (PDC). Via passivity theory and Lyapunov function, the stability conditions are derived for guaranteeing the attenuation performance and stability of the system. Since the proposed stability conditions belong to non-strict linear matrix inequality (LMI) problem, an algorithm via the sub-optimal technique is proposed to find the feasible solutions. And the fuzzy controller can be design by output feedback gains and PDC concept. Finally, a numerical example with applying LMI toolbox of MATLAB is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
