Abstract: Abstract:For designing a fuzzy controller for more complex nonlinear systems, the work of this paper deals with developing the relaxed conditions for affine Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model. In addition, the passivity theory and Lyapunov function are applied in this paper to attenuate influences from disturbances and to achieve the stability of closed-loop systems. Based on the derived Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) relaxed conditions, one can easily synthesize fuzzy controllers for the affine fuzzy models via the Optimal Convex Programming Algorithm (OCPA).
