Abstract: Abstract:In this paper, a fuzzy observer is designed to estimate the system states for the discrete affine Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems. Besides, the passivity property is used to design fuzzy controllers to prevent the external disturbances. The proposed observer-based fuzzy controller design approach is developed based on Parallel Distribution Compensation (PDC) technique. Finally, an Iterative Linear Matrix Inequality (ILMI) algorithm is applied to design the observer feedback fuzzy controller for the TCP/AQM networks.
