Abstract: Abstract:In this paper the design problem of Active Queue Management (AQM) routers for Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) network is considered. First, we use the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy modeling technique to construct a TCP network. Then, we propose a method to design the T-S fuzzy controllers based on ILMI algorithm. At last, we illustrate our results using NS-2 simulations and demonstrate the practical impact of proposed T-S fuzzy control on managing queue utilization and delay.
