It begins with a brief introduction to the development of international logistics centre. Next is a discussion of the capabilities and services provided by those operators. It also conducts an empirical survey to explore the service performance of the logistics centres from the customer's standpoint. Some conclusions and further research suggestions are presented in the final part.
