Title: 台灣東部海域矛尾翻車魨(Masturus lanceolatus)年齡與成長之研究

Abstract: 翻車魚為泛世界性魚種,截至目前為止僅極少數有關該類生物漁業生物方面的研究。矛尾翻車魨(Masturus lanceolatus)為台灣東部海域,最常被漁獲的經濟魚種。本研究以2003年1月起至2006年11月止在宜蘭、花蓮兩地所蒐集之265尾( 雄魚160尾、雌魚105尾) 樣本進行分析,全長( TL ) 與標準體長( SL ) 的迴歸關係,雌雄分別估計如下,雌:TL = 7.759 + 1.166 SL ( r2 = 0.980, n = 105, p < 0.05 ); 雄:TL = 3.698 + 1.204 SL ( r2 = 0.971, n = 160, p < 0.05 )。體重( BW )與標準體長( SL )的迴歸關係,雌雄分別表示如下,雌:BW = 9.98 x 10 -4 SL 2.45 ( r2 = 0.987, n =105, p < 0.05 ); 雄:BW = 3.33 х 10 -4 SL 2.68 ( r2 = 0.986, n = 160, p < 0.05 )。標準體長( SL )與椎徑( R )的迴歸關係,雌雄分別表示如下,雌:SL = 3.383 R + 8.229 ( r2 = 0.962, n = 84, p < 0.05 );雄:SL = 3.513 R - 0.243 ( r2 = 0.847, n = 135, p < 0.05 )。本研究以215尾樣本之脊椎骨進行年齡成長研究,輪紋判讀所得結果,輪紋數最多為23輪,最少為1輪。邊緣成長率月別變化結果顯示,不論雌、雄,不透明帶皆在每年的3月至4月間形成,一年形成一輪。經最大概似比率法檢定,結果顯示雌、雄von Bertalanffy成長方程式有顯著差異。雌魚之成長方程式各參數分別為極限體長L∞ = 262.5 cm SL,成長係數k = 0.046 ( yr -1),理論零體長年齡to = -3.35 ( yr),換算成極限體重BW∞ =838 kg;雄魚L∞ = 231 cm SL,k = 0.059 ( yr -1),to = -1.85 ( yr),換算成BW∞ =702 kg。
The ocean sunfish ( Molidae ) is a cosmopolitan species. Only a few studies on ocean sunfish especially the fisheries biology have been done. The most common species of ocean sunfish caught by commercial fishery is the sharptail sunfish ( Masturus lanceolatus ) in the eastern waters off Taiwan. A total of 265 specimens (160 males, 105 females) were collected in I-lan and Hawlien from January 2003 to November 2006. The relationships between total length ( TL) and standard length (SL) were estimated to be TL=7.759+1.166SL (r2 = 0.980, n = 105, P < 0.05)for females, and TL=3.698+1.204SL(r2 = 0.971, n = 160, P < 0.05)for males. The relationships between body weight (BW) and standard length were expressed as : BW=9.98×10-4 SL 2.45 ( r2 = 0.987, n = 105, P < 0.05 ) for females, and BW = 3.33 х 10-4 SL2.68 ( r2 = 0.986, n = 160, P < 0.05 ) for males. The relationships between standard length (SL) and centrum radius were estimated to be SL = 3.383 R + 8.229(r2 = 0.962, n = 84, P < 0.05), and SL = 3.513 R - 0.243 (r2 = 0.847, n = 135, P < 0.05)for females and males, respectively. The growth band of vertebra centrum was found to form once per year, during March and April and up to 23 bands were counted. The von Bertalanffy growth parameters estimated based on 215 specimens were as followings: growth coefficient k=0.046 ( yr-1), asymptotic standard length L∞ =262.5 ( cm ) and t0 = -3.3489 ( yr ) for females; k = 0.0594 ( yr-1), L∞=231.0 ( cm ) and t0 = -1.852 ( yr ) for males. The asymptotic total weight was estimated to be W∞ = 838 (kg) for females and 702 ( kg ) for males .
