Title: 台灣東北部海域黃扁魟(Urolophus aurantiacus)的生殖生物學研究

Abstract: 魟在台灣東北部海域多由拖網漁業所混獲,大多數種類經由加工後提供為養殖用飼料,少部分種類被人類所直接食用。本研究針對分佈於台灣東北部海域之黃扁魟 (Urolophus aurantiacus)進行生殖生物學研究。所使用樣本係由2005年11月至2007年2月間於宜蘭縣大溪漁港採得。主要漁獲地點在龜山島、澳底、彭佳嶼附近水域 (24°30'∼26°00'N、120°30'∼122°30'E),漁獲水深約為30~300公尺,樣本均由底拖網所漁獲。所採之雄性樣本294尾,雌性樣本549尾,其中包含22尾妊娠個體。體盤寬 (DW;公分)與體重 (TW;公克)之迴歸關係式雌雄兩性間差異顯著 (P<0.05)。體盤寬 (DW;公分)與去內臟重 (EW;公克)之迴歸關係式雌雄兩性則無顯著差異,迴歸關係式為EW=0.0538×DW2.8898 (n=843, P<0.05)。雌、雄魚之50%性成熟體盤寬分別為16公分及14.9公分。此外,經由卡方檢定結果得知未出生個體之性比為1:1,而未熟、成熟個體則皆以雌魚佔多數 (P<0.05)。本魚種生殖模式屬近似胎生,僅左側卵巢具功能。根據GSI之月別變化、最大卵徑月別變化及胎仔體盤寬月別變化,大略推斷測本種雌魚終年皆可生殖,且在後半年有一生殖高峰期。
Skates and rays are caught by trawlers in northeastern Taiwan waters. Most of them are utilized as fish fodder (feeding stuffs) for aquaculture and some species of them are for human consumption. The purpose of this study is to analyze the reproductive biology of Sepia stingray, Urolophus aurantiacus, which collected from northeastern Taiwan waters. Specimens were sampled from Nov. 2005 to Feb. 2007 at Dashi fish market in Yilan country. All specimens were captured from adjacent waters of Kueishan Island, Auti and Peng Chia Yu (24°30´~26°N, 121°30´~122°30´E) by trawlers under the depth 30~300 m. 294 males and 549 females (22 pregnant individuals included) were used for this study. The relationship between disc width (DW; in cm) and total weight (TW; in g) had significantly difference between sexes (P<0.05). The relationship between disc width (DW; in cm) and eviscerated weight (EW; in cm) had not significantly difference between sexes, was described as EW=0.0538×DW2.8898 (n=843, P<0.05). Sizes at 50% sexual maturity are 16 and 14.9 cm DW for both females and males, respectively. The sex ratio of embryo individuals showed no significant differences by the Chi-square test, but more immature and mature females collected during the sampling period (P<0.05). Sepia stingray is an aplacental viviparous species and posses a functional left ovary. According to the monthly changes of GSI, the month average maximum follicle diameter and the disc width of embryos U. aurantiacus by month, this species is able to reproduce all around, but the peak is in the later half year.
