Abstract: 養護對水泥質複合材料的品質有影響,適當的養護方式可以使水泥質複合材料水化反應順利進行,有助於提升抗壓強度、降低氯離子滲透性及孔隙率。本研究旨在利用試驗法探討養護條件對添加矽灰之水泥質複合材料性質的影響。研究結果顯示(1) 23℃水中養護、摻有矽灰試體的抗壓強度均較控制組高,水膠比0.35使用10%矽灰試體強度最高;(2)與23℃水中養護28天試體強度比較,180℃蒸氣養護48hr抗壓強度約為 97~104%;(3)在不同養護條件下,抗壓強度增加,氯離子滲透性與吸水率均降低,且以添加矽灰之試體較為明顯;(4)以SEM微觀圖發現高溫養護且添加矽灰試體的內部孔隙最為緻密。
Curing condition would affect the quality of cement-based composites. Properly cured concrete can have good hydration process and improve strength development, reduce porosity and permeability. This study is aimed to evaluate effect of curing condition on the properties of silica fume concrete. Test results demonstrate that (1) for 23℃-water curing, silica fume concrete has higher compressive strength than normal concrete and 10% silica fume application has highest strength;(2) 48-hour compressive strength of 180℃-steam cured silica fume specimen is about 97~104% of 28-day compressive strength of normal specimen subject to 23℃-water curing;(3) compressive strength, chloride ion penetration and water absorption of specimen are correlated and silica fume concrete has more prominent permeation resistance than normal concrete; and (4) SEM micrographs demonstrate autoclaved silica fume concrete has densest micro structure.
