|Abstract: ||走心式自動車床是藉由多個凸輪機構控制刀具進退、素材前進及挾持之動作，與ㄧ般車床相異處在於材料僅直線前進不轉動，由主軸帶動機頭上之刀具旋轉進行車削。由於目前尚無走心式自動車床車削曲線形工件方面之車削參數研究，故本文針對其最佳車削參數進行研究，旨在提升生產效率與降低工件外徑尺寸之誤差。 本研究係用圓鼻鎢鋼刀具車削不鏽鋼素材，分別設計進給率0.005mm/rev、0.010mm/rev、0.015mm/rev、0.020mm/rev及主軸轉速6000rpm、7000rpm、8000rpm，共十二組實驗車削參數，探討車削曲線形工件時，其外徑尺寸誤差之影響與其對應關係。 研究結果指出，當進給率或主軸轉速增加時，其工件外徑尺寸亦隨之增加。在主軸轉速分別為6000rpm、7000rpm及8000rpm之條件下，當進給由0.005mm/rev增加至0.020mm/rev時，其外徑之最大增加率為分別為2.51%、2.86%及9.25%；在進給率分別為0.005mm/rev、0.010mm/rev、0.015mm/rev及0.020mm/rev之條件下，當轉速由6000rpm增加至8000rpm時，其外徑之最大增加率分別為21.94%、30.31%、30.12%及29.97%。|
The Cutting of manner on the tools moving, material advancing, and material holding movement on Swiss-type lathe is controlled by cam mechanisms, which is different from the common lathes. The raw material on common lathes is only fed straightly without rotating and the spindle impetus tools revolve to turning. Owing to the cutting parameters on the dimensional accuracy of curve profiles using Swiss-type automatic lathes were not enough, the objective of this paper was aimed to study the best turning parameters of Swiss-type lathes to enhance production speed situation, and reduce error of dimensional accuracy when cutting curve profiles. The experiment used arc shape tungsten carbide tools cutting stainless steel. There were twelve parameters to research the influence and the correspondence relationship between feed rate and spindle speed, including four feed rate: 0.005mm/rev, 0.010mm/rev, 0.015mm/rev, 0.020mm/rev, and three spindle speed: 6000rpm, 7000rpm, and 8000rpm. The results of the experiment showed that the diameter of the workpiece was increased when the feed rate or the spindle speed were increased. While the spindle speed were set to 6000rpm, 7000rpm, and 8000rpm, and the feed rate was increased from 0.005mm/rev to 0.020mm/rev, the largest increase rate of the diameters would be 2.51%, 2.86%, and 9.25%; while the feed rate were set to 0.005mm/rev, 0.010mm/rev, 0.015mm/rev, and 0.020mm/rev, and the spindle speed were increased from 6000rpm to 8000rpm, the largest increase rate of the diameters would be 21.94%, 30.31%, 30.12%, and 29.97%.
