非晶/結晶複合塊狀金屬玻璃(Cu55Zr40Al5)98Er2利用銷對盤方法於潤滑油環境下之磨耗實驗。X光繞射分析儀(XRD)結果顯示實驗前後並無明顯的結構相變態發生。藉由改變操作參數(荷重及滑動速度)其結果顯示，不同滑移速度下，荷重30N為一臨界值，大於此臨界值摩擦係數有大幅上升的趨勢。同時也發現荷重對於磨耗的影響遠大於滑動速度。非晶/結晶複合塊狀金屬玻璃(Zr55Cu30Ni10Al5)99.8Sc0.02在潤滑油環境下之磨耗實驗，嚴重的塑性變形導致產生較高的磨耗速率及磨耗係數。 Lubricated sliding wear of amorphous/crystal (Cu55Zr40Al5)98Er2 bulk metallic glass (BMG) composite under different loads and velocities was studied with the pin-on-disc test. The results demonstrated that load and sliding velocity significantly affected the wear characteristics of BMG composite. The coefficient of friction ranged from 0.15 to 0.23 under loads of 10 N to 30 N with different sliding velocities. Above the 30 N load, all the coefficients of friction increase rapidly to higher values for various sliding velocities. It is found that the influence of load is greater than that of sliding velocity. (Zr55Cu30Ni10Al5)99.8Sc0.02 BMG composite experienced severe deformation. This deformation resulted in a higher wear rate and wear coefficient.
