Abstract: 摘要 本研究主要對鈦合金進行兩大類溶液之腐蝕性研究,第一部份在探討兩種溫度(室溫及50℃)及不同腐蝕環境(1N NaOH、1N H2SO4、1N HCl 、3.5wt% NaCl)對Ti-6Al-4V及Ti-10Al的腐蝕特性影響,研究結果發現,在常溫下,Ti-6Al-4V對四種環境都有不錯的抗腐蝕行為,也不易產生孔蝕,由XPS分析其原因是在該合金表面生成一緻密的TiO2鈍化膜而產生抗孔蝕效應;而Ti-10Al則在1N HCl有孔蝕產生。在50℃時,Ti-6Al-4V及Ti-10Al對四種不同溶液之抗腐蝕能力皆降低,尤其在1N H2SO4的影響最明顯。 而第二部份之研究,則是探討Ti-6Al-4V及Ti-10Al在人造模擬體液的抗蝕性研究,此外,另挑選一個鎳基合金(Ni-939)為對照材料,研究結果發現,Ti-6Al-4V在此兩種不同的模擬體液下,都有相當好的抗蝕性,而Ti-10Al則是不穩定的,對這兩種人造體液亦有不同結果,Ni-939則是在這兩種模擬體液下都會產生孔蝕,此外也以充氫試驗測試Ti-6Al-4V及Ti-10Al對氫的反應程度,也利用線性極化電阻的icorr與動態電位循環極化之icorr做一比較。
Abstract The purpose of this study is to evaluate the corrosion behavior of Ti-alloys in two series aqueous solutions. The first part, we studied the corrosion behavior of Ti-6Al-4V and Ti-10Al alloys at two different temperature and various corrosive aqueous solutions. The results showed that Ti-6Al-4V alloy exhibited best corrosion resistance and pitting corrosion resistance at room temperature . XPS analysis revealed that a dense TiO2 passive film was formed on the metal surface to lead to beneficial effects on pitting resistance of Ti-6Al-4V alloy;Results also showed numerous pits formation on Ti-10Al alloy in 1N HCl solution. Corrosion resistance of Ti-6Al-4V and Ti-10Al reduces in various corrosive aqueous solutions at 50℃, especially in 1N H2SO4 . The second part, we investigated corrosion resistance of Ti-alloys in simulated body fluids and Ni-939 alloy was chosen for comparsion. The results showed that Ti-6Al-4V alloy exhibited best corrosion resistance in two simulated body fluids. Ti-10Al alloy showed different results in two simulated body fluids. There were formed pits on Ni-939 alloy in two simulated body fluids. In addition, The corrosion resistance of hydrogen charged Ti-6Al-4V and Ti-10Al alloys. we also evaluated liner polarization resistance and cyclic potentiodynamic curve were both performed in all tests to obtain reasonable data and results in this study.
