Title: 鎂基非晶質合金粉末之合成研究

Abstract: 摘要   本研究應用震動式球磨機來製備Mg85-xY15Cux非晶質合金粉末,同時探討其非晶質化行為及熱穩定性,並利用所製備出之非晶質粉末以真空熱壓法成型為塊材。根據X-ray繞射實驗所得之結果在十小時的球磨後,Mg85-xY15Cux粉末皆僅含一代表非晶質相的寬廣繞射峰,而利用DSC探討非晶質粉末的熱穩定性結果顯示,Mg85-xY15Cux粉末皆存在一由玻璃轉化溫度(Tg)及結晶化溫度(Tx)之溫度差界定的過冷液態區△Tx (△Tx= Tx-Tg),△Tx之範圍在30K~ 46K,又所合成之Mg85-xY15Cux非晶質粉末的結構與鑄造法合成之塊狀Mg-Y-Cu非晶質合金類似。在真空熱壓成型上,選取Mg61Y15Cu24及Mg55Y15Cu30兩種非晶質合金粉末,分別在Tg上10K的溫度下以1.2GPa的壓力並持溫30分鐘,可形成最大直徑10mm、厚度1mm之鎂基合金塊材,經由SEM做表面觀察顯示其最大孔隙度小於6μm。
Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate of Mg85-xY15Cux powders amorphized by mechanically alloyed and the feasibility of fabricating amorphous Mg85-xY15Cux powders consolidation by vacuum hot pressing. After 10 hours milled, Mg85-xY15Cux were prepared successfully amorphous powders successfully and these powders exhibited wide supercooled liquid region. Mg85-xY15Cux amorphous powder revealed the highest ΔT and the value is 46K. As-milled Mg85-xY15Cux amorphous powders were prepared as successfully bulk metallic glasses by vacuum hot pressing. The diameter of bulk amorphous sample is up to 10mm ,and 1mm height. And maximum porosity is smaller than 6μm measured by SEM.
