Abstract: 摘要:海洋除以往作為漁業利用之外,海洋的體育、健康、休閒活動亦是以海域為活動場所,本計劃將研討海域空間多元之利用,研析評估台灣地區漁業碼頭設施之現狀與未來,促進其多功能發展利用之潛力。
Abstract:In addition to the fishery activities, fishery harbours can also be served as a base for oecan activies, suchas:yachtiny, sailing, surfing, water skiing, diving and swimming. In Taiwan area until tody, most fishery harbours were designed and functioned solely for fishery prupose only. How to modify and/or enlarge the funcion of the fishery harvours so as to engage with ocean activities will be evaluated in this study. The detailed hardware and software needed to be fabricated and designed in the fishery havrbours will also be discussed. A possible strategy how to modified the fishery harbour into a multi-purpose harbour. So as to Ocean activies can be performed in the harbour area, coastal, nearshore and offshore will be concluded in this research.
