Title: RC 橋梁材料耐久性評估與殘餘壽命預測之研究

Abstract: 摘要:橋梁是陸地運輸交通網的主要結構物之一,橋梁構造的種類繁多,其中鋼筋混凝土橋梁佔橋梁總數的絕大多數。它是公路和鐵路運輸發展的基礎,而其承載力和通行能力代表著全線貫通的關鍵,更肩負增進社會經濟發展與民眾生活福祇的樞紐角色。對既有橋梁而言,其劣化、老化、損傷甚至承載力不足時有所見,一方面交通量急速增加,大型重載的運輸工具越來越多,需要高標準的橋梁,另一方面既有橋梁的先天缺陷,不外是使用中實際情況與原先設計構思的狀況有一定的差異、場址與材料選擇的錯誤、基礎方案的不合理、結構體系選擇上的失誤、橋梁結構計算方法選擇上的差異、施工管理不當等,導致品質低劣而達不到設計需求,再一方面與惡劣的使用環境是引起橋梁結構缺陷和損傷的一個主要原因。 有鑑於此,針對既存的鋼筋混凝土橋梁,如何透過檢測方手段以瞭解並評估其耐久性的狀況,並且進而預測其殘餘壽命,是一重要的議題。從現場量測到的資料,透過有系統的分析方式,化為工程師可以理解的數據,再加以評估橋梁的耐久性現況、制定策略並評估其壽命,實為刻不容緩的課題。緣此,本計畫將針對鋼筋混凝土橋梁的材料劣化評估以及殘餘壽命預測進行研究。此研究結果,不但可以供做橋梁結構物耐久性的參考,而且可以作為橋梁系統管理的決策依據,亦即作為既有鋼筋混凝土橋梁維修、補強或拆除的參酌。 關鍵字: RC橋梁、耐久性評估、殘餘壽命
abstract:Bridges is a major structure for the land transportation network. There exist many forms of the bridge and the reinforced concrete bridge is the majority. Bridges can be viewed as an important foundation for the highway and railway transportation development, to ensure the load capacity and transportation capacity of bridges is a major key to ensure the soundness of transportation network. In addition, bridges play an important role in the development of social economics and welfare of citizens’ lives. For the existing bridges, the deterioration, aging, damage or insufficient load capability is commonly seen. On the one hand, the transportation flow grows fast recently and more and more heavy-weight cargo vessels appear such that we need to require a higher standard bridge. On the other hand, the existing bridges have some inherent flaws induced by the differences between service life and design stage, the wrong site selection and poor selection of materials, inappropriate foundation, wrong selection of structure types, differences in the numerical methods to fulfill calculation in structure analysis and poor construction management, such that the quality of bridge structure cannot meet the design requirements. Furthermore, severe service environment is a major reason for the structure damages. According to that, for the existing reinforced concrete bridges how to evaluate their durability status by using the data from testing and how to predict their remaining service lives become an important issue. From the in-situ measured data and through a systematic analysis and transform them to something engineers can understand such that the engineers can evaluate the durability and predict the remaining service life is a topic necessary to be completed. Therefore, in this project we will focus on two topics: the durability evaluation for the material deterioration and remaining service life prediction. It is expected that the research results in this project can provide a guideline for engineers to evaluate the durability of bridges, and for the bridge management the policymaker can use this information to make a decision whether to repair, reinforce or tear down the structure.
