Title: 強化漁船作業安全與管理效能電子化應用之可行性研究

Abstract: 摘要:
1. 延續前一年度工作,擴大實地測試漁港及漁筏數。 2. 完成與漁業署漁業管理系統系統資料的整合,提供即時漁筏基本資料及進出港資料等動態資料的交換,整合提供漁政管理應用。 3. 擴大推廣應用至船員管理之可行性評估及其他加值運用研究。 1. 建立無線射頻辨識技術於漁筏進出港管理,訂定其作業標準,並可提供無線射頻辨識技術於其他漁筏,同時納入船員管理相關作業之參考。 2. 擴大實測漁筏進出港管理,並與漁業署漁業管理系統整合,加強漁政機關針對漁筏及船員進行控管,而實地測試系統,亦提供未來實施之可行性探討。系統除能紀錄漁筏進出港時間外,可於進出港口時帶出漁筏基本資料(如漁船編號.船名等),亦可顯示筏體資訊(如X1吋 * Y1根、X2吋 * Y2根),俾利進出港時供安檢人員檢視,以防杜一照多筏使用情形;此外,更能擴充加入顯示違規訊息及資料,俾利查核或加強檢查。
Abstract:
This project extends the work in the previous year aiming at identifying fishing vessels rapidly by RFID techniques. An increased number of vessels will be tested. In addition, the integration of the proposed demonstration system and the fishing management systems will be carried out to provide dynamic data exchange for fishing management applications such as real-time vessel information and entering/leaving ports. An extension to the management of crew members and other value-added applications will be studied.
