Abstract: 摘要:完成室內自動化收集糞便及殘餌設備應用於石斑魚苗培育試驗,並建立操作的標準流程。點帶石斑白身到二吋苗育苗存活率70%以上,節省人力50%以上, 節省用水75%以上.
Abstract:The artifical breeding technology of grouper has being developed for many years in Taiwan. Cage is an indispensable tool to solve cannibalism rearing grouper fingerling,but cages will block the water that circulate to the center.It means that it cost a lot of labor power to remove the feces and feed residue.According to past cultured experience, it can increase breeding density by five times that if we completely remove feces and feed residue from water. And the good water quality can reduced the diseases and stress. In this study, by using a standard operation procedure (SOP) for grouper fingerling culture in a closed semi-recirculation system developed by our laboratory, with the help of automatic and water treatment researchers Zhu Yuan of National Taiwan University and suggestions from experts of hatchery industry, we will develop a new SOP for fingerling culture in water treatment system and placement of feces and feed residues assembling. We will popularize this system to industry, to decrease the high mortality and intensive labor in the hatchery industry for stable producing grouper fingerlings.
