Abstract: 摘要:本計畫將利用主動免疫或被動免疫生產無特定病原之石斑魚苗,今年度將以抗NNV雞蛋抗體IgY或NNV次單位疫苗處理,生產無NNV病毒之石斑種苗。先利用含IgY之蛋粉浸泡處理石斑受精卵,一星期後再以NNV次單元疫苗浸泡處理,一個月後再浸泡NNV,並評估IgY蛋粉及NNV次單元疫苗之保護效力。
Abstract:In this plan, we will try to produce specific pathogen free larvae grouper by positive and negative immunization. The fertilized eggs will be treated with IgY. And then the larvae grouper will be immerged with NNV subunit vaccine. After one month, the larvae grouper will be immerged with NNV. The protection effects of IgY and NNV subunit vaccine will be estimated by the mortality rate.
