Abstract: 摘要:本計畫擬藉由對本地石斑繁養殖環境之養殖對象、水域環境與餌料進行流行病學監測,建立相關背景資料,同時藉由細菌多價疫苗開發、IgY免疫蛋黃投餵、接種技術探討、對不同培育階段之石斑幼魚進行主動與被動免疫接種,除對相關養殖對象與環境進行健康管理,亦可建立本地主要水產養殖種類無特定病源種苗(SPF)生產與石斑苗種苗生產模式(SOP)技術。
Abstract:The project will conduct epizootiological surveys on fish,culture environment and diets in the grouper culture system to establish background data for health evaulation. To establish standard operating procedure for specific-pathogen-free fish seeds production, polyvalent bacterial vaccines will be used for active immunizaton, and IgY antibodies pre-raised against various pathogens in hen chickens will be used for passive immunizaton in grouper. The efficacies of each treatment will be evaluated. The results will be usefull for grouper aquaculture industry.
